Sivants Credits
A prepaid balance for AI features routed through Sivants infrastructure. Used primarily for image, video, and premium model calls when no BYOK key is present.
What it is
Sivants Credits are purchased in bundles (Starter $5, Standard $15, Pro $40, Studio $100) and never expire. They're consumed when Sivants proxies an AI call on your behalf — image generation through fal.ai, premium model calls without BYOK, etc. Current per-generation costs are in `context/sivants-credits-spec.md`, which is the source of truth as provider rates change.
When you would use it
Default behavior for users who haven't configured BYOK keys. Power users typically have BYOK keys for high-volume operations and use credits as a fallback.
Common operations
- Generating images without managing fal.ai or other API keys
- Using premium models without subscribing directly to providers
- Reviewing transaction history per feature
