Also called Spline 3D

A browser-based, collaborative 3D design tool that makes it easy to create and embed interactive 3D web experiences without writing complex WebGL code.

What it is

Spline lowers the barrier to 3D design, operating similarly to Figma but for the third dimension. It allows designers to model objects, add physics, create animations, and seamlessly embed these interactive 3D scenes directly into platforms like Webflow or Framer with a single line of code.

When you would use it

You use Spline when you want to add engaging, lightweight 3D elements to a website or app without needing to learn heavy 3D software like Blender or code in Three.js.

Common operations

  • Designing interactive 3D hero assets for modern landing pages.
  • Collaborating in real-time on 3D animations and material textures.
